Sono infatti i due più importanti studi legali del paese che sono stati chiamati a difendere la banca centrale e le altre banche ree di aver emesso danaro dal nulla e di averlo prestato appropriandosi del relativo signoraggio. Tra le accuse troviamo: rappresentazione fraudolenta, riciclaggio di danaro, frode, usura e rottura di contratto.
